Dagny day two

First let me say, I thank God on this Father's Day (nearly past) for fathers who stay and love their children, and support them throughout life's events both planned and unplanned.
Baby Dagny had a busy day. She ate and ate and ate and slept and slept and slept.
She enjoyed a new outfit and used some of the beautiful gifts given to her by thoughtful loving friends.
She contemplated the meaning of life.
She had a visit from longtime friends of ours, who brought along their handsome and very polite five-year-old grandson.
Landon waited patiently for the adults to finish talking and exclaiming and opening baby girl gifts, before asking for something he wanted.
He wanted to hold Baby Dagny.
She was happy to be held.
More news tomorrow, the day Baby Dagny goes home.

Jenny - she is just beautiful! So is that quilt. I'm sure it'll be a treasured keepsake.
Just look at that beautiful, contented baby girl. I'm like Landon, I want to hold her too. And Dagny has hair to die for! So much fun to be bringing her home today, and so thankful that she is here and Mommy and Dagny are doing great. Have a good time with that precious bundle today.

Happy Anniversary my friend, hope you and TG get a few moments to yourself, although I must say that is one special Father's Day gift.
Thank you for these precious pictures. Landon and I will be praying for Audrey and Dagny as they begin this beautiful relationship and remarkable journey. I can speak from experience when I say that it is a tremendous blessing to have a supportive family to rely on. Your gorgeous girls have a lot to be thankful for!!
So, so precious...Dagny is such a delight, I just love her name...I especially love the B&W of her with her eyes closed, face to loving face with your daughter, that one especially stole my heart. An open arms testimony, Jenny, loving that too. Sweetness personified.
