Venus Flytrap a big hit

I got it at Kroger for $5.99 ... a gift to the grand-girls.
Allissa is enamored times ten. I doubt she'll sleep tonight for fear she'll miss out on the bug-catching expedition Aunt Erica has promised for tomorrow.
Never one to pass up a good time, Aunt Audrey gets in on the action.
Funny because in Little Shop of Horrors, there is a giant Venus Flytrap named Audrey II.
Looks as though this Audrey wants to be the VFT's next meal.

I've always wanted to talk to one of those grocery store buyers. Or the ones at Home Depot. They've always got something eclectic going on, don't they?
We had one of those fr a short while when I was a kid. We loved it!
So, you do know that if you feed it too many bugs and touch it too many times, you will kill it, right? Speaking from sad experience. My Jonnie is a Venus fly-trap expert.
Oh this looks like fun, but I didn't know about feeding it too much, or touching it too much. But it is still cool.
What a great thing for kids and adults too. good idea.
Those are so fun! We had one for our sons when they were so impressionable. Chad would buy another one in a minute!
I bought one from Target years ago when my kids were younger. We didn't catch one in action (which is not a bad thing), but I think they enjoyed the very idea of it!
FEED MEH!!!!Hahaaa....loved the movie....
Great shots Jennifer!!

If this VFT can sing like the one in the movie, I'm so going to buy one!
