Sno ... what?

A long-standing meteorological record was resoundingly shattered in the midlands of South Carolina this morning.
As in, there was significant snowfall in the area. Measurable inches.
We saw not a flake at our house; it was all rain and wind, and very cold.
But a scant ten miles from our front door, it was another story altogether.
"This has been a historic event," WLTX News19 Meteorologist Daniel Bonds said. "It's unprecedented. I've run out of adjectives to describe it."
Yeah. You can only say "the white stuff" so many times.
TG saw the snow blanketing the ground as he went about his errands.
He brought me pictures on his iPad.
Until today, the earliest snowfall recorded in Columbia stood at nearly one hundred and one years ago: November 9, 1913.
Dagny slept through the whole thing, then came to see me.
We are warm and snug and looking forward to sunshine tomorrow.
Don't forget to Fall Back.
And that is all for now.

Yikes! I hope Dagny wasn't traumatized. It snowed like crazy here, and I was not happy!
Dagny has never heard the likes of this! She isn't believing what she's hearing. SNOW! In South Carolina! Now, she definitely knows I'm not kidding when I tell her that there is snow due in Breckenridge tonight. Anticipated and expected snow. It better get here - our ski area is due to open in a week! P.S. Another very cute outfit!
@Mari ... you don't want any slippery roads when it's time to head for the hospital!!!
@Barb ... as soon as Audrey walked in with Dagny in her arms this afternoon, I said, I've got to get a picture of that outfit for Barb! And I guess winter has set in in Breckenridge, but here it's been hot summer until TODAY! There was virtually no transition. It's going to warm up into the low 70s this week though so that will be nice. A slight reprieve. I hope all goes well for ski season!!!
Snow...wow. But precious girl is dressed for the occasion and looking so cute!
Oh yes, we had the stuff. Dagny did the right thing, sleeping is a good thing to do when it's so cold.
YUCK to ALL SNOW! Can't stand the stuff.
Stay warm up there and get lots of snuggles!! She's Adorable!
